Donor releases the rights to all photos taken for any purpose, including, but not limited to, promotion and/or advertising in addition to the usage of the organization/company’s name in conjunction with promotion and/or advertising.
Tempe Alumnae Chapter reserves the right to use this donation unconditionally and for any objective within the chapter’s mission, goal or purpose, without restriction.
The form and payment must be received by March 15, 2025.
