This family event focuses on improving the health of residents in the Valley. We offer various activities such as a 1K or 5K walk/run course, fitness activities, access to FREE health screenings, and assessments, various educational materials on health and nutrition, consultations with experienced healthcare professionals, and for the first time ever, a kickball tournament.
The goals of this event are to:
- Increase public awareness about common health issues and concerns.
- Inspire lifestyle changes by providing information to encourage self-care.
- Raise money for our community and youth programs and scholarship awards.

Professionally Led Fitness Sessions
Experience a variety of professionally led fitness sessions, each lasting 20-30 minutes, designed to energize and inspire. Try your hand at Xtreme Hip-Hop Step, Zumba, Yoga, and Chair Aerobics—there's something for everyone, regardless of fitness level.

This year, our goal is to raise:
- $20,000 to support scholarships;
- $20,000 for development programs for middle and high school girls; and,
- $10,000 for community health and economic education programs.
Your generous donation will help us reach this milestone, creating lasting opportunities for young people and strengthening our local community.

Inaugural Co-Ed
Kickball Tournament
Get ready for the ultimate showdown of fun, skill, and fierce competition at the Soul Stroll co-ed Kickball Tournament! Whether you're a seasoned player or a newcomer, this action-packed event will have you on your toes as you race, kick, and score your way to victory.
Kickball is a classic playground game with a twist! Teams of up to 10 people take turns kicking a rubber ball and running around bases to score points, while the opposing team tries to catch, tag, or strike them out. It's the perfect mix of strategy, teamwork, and nostalgia! The tournament will culminate in an epic championship round, where only one team will claim the ultimate glory.
