AUTHORIZATION

The partner authorizes the Tempe Alumnae Chapter to place the attached logo on a route marker.
The partner agrees to submit full payment upon signing this authorization. Payment is non-refundable and cannot be canceled by either party.
The partner acknowledges that the Tempe Alumnae Chapter reserves the right to reject any advertisement (logo, wording, etc.) that does not align with the policies and standards of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Your logo may appear slightly different from the original.
The Partner Advertisement Form and payment must be received by March 31, 2025.
